Kayleigh McCrary
Hi! I'm Kayleigh. I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Richmond. I received my PhD in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 2023.Â
My areas of interest are political economy and public economics. I use both formal theory and empirical methods to study voter behavior, particularly the response to changes in voting "costs" and to late-election information. Other areas of interest include electoral spillovers and the consequences of the unequal representation that arises when voting costs differ across subpopulations.
